Since her debut in one of Japan's earliest TV animation productions, Tetsuwan Atomu (Astro Boy), voice actress Masako Nozawa has performed in numerous productions, specializing in the voices of young boys. For example in the Dragonball series, which started broadcasting in 1986, Nozawa performed the voices of 孫悟空, as well as his entire family. Her brilliant voice acting won her fans of every age and made her a legendary figure in the animation world. For her outstanding achievements, in the Dragonball series in particul ar, Masako Nozawa is awarded the Animation Kobe '98 Lifetime Contribution Award.
